The center is dedicated to the preservation and dissemination of traditional martial arts, meditation disciplines, alternative and complementary healing arts.
Centuries old, martial arts has been practiced by all cultures to prepare for combat or defend oneself. Today, people enroll in martial arts classes, not only to learn self-defense, but for physical fitness, self discipline, character development and self-confidence. Still others know and practice the martial arts because it can be a powerful vehicle for mental, emotional, and spiritual transformation.
